Catalyst 3560g Ports not active

Hi, First post , I have an issue on our catalyst switches where by I cannot bring up the some ports, port setting are default and I cannot see anything obvious wrong. This seems mainly related to IP phones POE , also I am getting system mesage about enabling smartports if any one can give me any advice . Thanks Brian
