Great Lakes Cisco Users Group Members currently have free access to the 2 labs (one Voice Lab and the Cisco E-Services Training labs) available for use during regularly scheduled lab sessions. Please check the GLCUG events calendar for updates in the Lab schedule.
Lab 1 - Voice Lab at SKJ Technologies: This lab is available for use to paid GLCUG Members. This lab includes the following equipment:
Cisco CallManager Express
Cisco Unity
Cisco Unity Connections
Cisco 3750 Series Switches
Cisco 2621XM Multiservice Routers
43 Modules
Cisco 7960 Series IP phones
2 x Dedicated T1 Lines
We are planning for more equipment to be added so we will add the additional equipment to this webpage as it becomes available.
Lab 2 - Cisco E-Service Training: This lab is also available to paid GLCUG Members and will also be available at SKJ. For more information about Cisco E-Services Training click here. There will be someone onsite that can log you in to an individual workstation (with an EST User ID) so that you can use these Virtual Labs from any workstation available at SKJ Technologies.
Lab 3 - General Motors new NOC Facility with Lab: EDS is currently working with General Motors on the construction of a new NOC. At the present time, estimated completion of this project is April of 2006. Estimated availability for GLCUG Members to utilize the lab equipment is an additional 2-4 months from the completion date. Check back on this page for updates on the availability of this lab and the equipment available. The new NOC will be located in Pontiac at the intersection of South Blvd. and Opdyke Rd.
